Chalet Utsu was born from our shared vision — French and Finnish, partners in life and in business. Our passion for hospitality brought us together in 2022, when we founded AR Lifestyle, and since then, the desire to create meaningful, personal experiences has guided every step of our journey.

Nestled in Utsuvaara, Levi, Finnish Lapland, Chalet Utsu spans 300 m² and comfortably accommodates 8–10 guests across five elegant bedrooms and five bathrooms. Featuring a private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi, it blends refined luxury with the breathtaking wilderness—a private haven where comfort meets the magic of the northern lights.
